Has Flexibility ever been the limiting factor for you?

For most people looking to move gracefully, it has. In fact, I venture to say a lack of flexibility is the number one reason for people having trouble when trying to optimize their movement capacity, whether that is for doing a gymnastics movement or just resting in a squat. If you want to prevent injury, move better and do what you whatever you want with your body, at some point you WILL have to deal with flexibility.

But you know how it goes for many: they spend years and years stretching only to be stiff as a board. This program has the mission of making flexibility acquisition as express as possible, while creating range of motion that lasts.

This is the Kinema approach to Flexibility. It includes:

  • More than 50 high quality videos with instruction and demonstrations
  • A practical and a theory guide, to satisfy the action oriented person and the researcher one
  • Comprehensive explanations, guidance and support
  • A clear method to make this all super practical, safe and fun!

I still remember how frustrated I felt when I couldn’t practice movements I wanted, like the Olympic squat or the handstand, due to a lack of flexibility. I kept trying and trying, until I realized without a body that couldn’t even get into the positions, the movements were never going to happen. What you get with this program is a way for getting as flexible as you’ll ever need, in a very approachable way that will turn flexibility from a problem to an ally. Optimize your hardware before worrying about the software! In other words, make your body capable of anything, and you’ll reach any goal much faster.

With this program you will learn:

  • How to develop flexibility by the side of control and strength, so your range is always useful
  • What is the place of different stretching methods like Ballistics, PNF and Loaded stretching, and how to combine them for the best results
  • What is the role of mobilizations, myofascial releases or long stretches for flexibility acquisition, and what is their right dose
  • What is the minimum amount of work that’s needed to increase your flexibility, and how to make it as minimalistic as possible
  • The many strategies to break through a flexibility plateau
  • Why flexibility doesn’t have to be a struggle, and the simplest ways to acquire it
  • What is the role of progressions and variations in flexibility, and how to adjust any stretch for your own level
  • How to gain the flexibility for the most challenging positions, in a safe and progressive manner that ensures the fastest results
  • The lifestyle factors that can enhance your flexibility, either in nutrition, training or rest
  • And much more!

If there is one area in which people constantly recognize my progress, is in flexibility. I have devoted many months to this project, based on extensive research but also application to myself and others. Even on a gymnastics class I guided, where people are used to high levels of flexibility, many were shocked on how simple tweaks really optimized their stretching time!

I want you to join us! This program is the best I have to offer to your flexibility quest. To me, it’s simple method is shockingly useful and really optimizes your flexibility training. I have created what I feel is the most direct and easy way to gain flexibility. Actually, I want you to know how flexibility gains don’t have to be a struggle nor a frustration, and that you actually experience the power of knowing how to make your body capable of anything. Never again let your flexibility be the limiting factor in your body!

Sadly, Flexibility usually takes its toll on the hard worker. Yes, you can gain the splits by having somebody push you into them and trying for years and years, but is that really necessary? There is a much more efficient way, and you’ll see how easy it is to get flexible.

Even people who are aware of the crucial importance Flexibility plays in their overall quality of life, can get stuck with all the information noise they find when looking for simple stuff on the internet.

You are then faced with the choice: either take this as a part time job and start reading everything in sight about it (which doesn’t assure the confusion lowers-on the contrary, it can still leave you scratching your head) or just forget it all together, and keep trying to violently get into a bridge.

You don’t have to have a PhD to take care of your body, nor should you continue being upset about flexibility…Why don’t take the best of both worlds, of the key knowledge and the greatest work ethic, and expedite your results in flexibility? “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”, said Albert Einstein, and I’m telling you there is a better way.

Why accepting frustration and incapacity, when you live in a body that has all the tools to be flexible? It is just learning the right language to trigger the correct response. To me, the most crucial aspect of functionality is to experience a body that is capable, and flexibility goes a long way into revealing that. This program has that ultimate mission.

Let us help you with that, or continue reading these Common questions

What are the positions developed in the program?

They are what I call the “Fundamental 7 stretching positions”, which are the Pike, Pancake, Bridge, Front split, Side split, Shoulder extension and Squat. I consider these the key stretches for somebody to reach a flexibility level in which they have the freedom to choose (almost) any movement practice they’d like.

How much time do I need to work on this program?

The program includes a very flexible template (yes), in which the minimum that you need to work on any stretch is about 20 minutes a week, and it can go to as much as you’d like. A major concern for me in this program was about establishing minimums, which is something very minimalistic, and then add many options for anybody looking to speed up their progress. In that way, you can always be working on what’s important, and whenever you want to prioritize your stretching or pursuit any position, have more time or interest for it, you have all the tools to do just that. That is quite liberating, because suddenly you have the freedom to choose without the pressure of feeling you are missing something.

Are advanced flexibility goals like the head to toe included, or just simpler levels like touching your toes?

Any of the 7 fundamental areas are that, areas. This means that a movement like the pike can be just about touching your toes, or you can take it to a level of putting your head to your toe. We use progressions for that matter, so you can really get to the level that is optimal for YOU.

Does the program use ballistics, loaded stretching, pnf, passive stretching, active methods, dynamic flexibility, etc?

Yes, it does. Just as we use progressions on one part of the program, we use variations for another one. This means that we provide tools that really cover all of the stretching techniques. We do this in a very organized manner so you can simply see what’s important and play with different approaches. In that way, you can really discover what are the best tools for yourself!

Does this program helps with yoga, calisthenics, martial arts, dance, etc?

The premise of the fundamental stretching areas is that one will get a very high level of flexibility that allows him or her to then do any type of movement practice. What this means is that, even though the program does not have a focus on yoga or dancing movements, the goal is to create a very solid base of flexibility that allows that person to easily reach any other flexibility goal. In my case, I always make sure I have these fundamental stretches covered, and that really improves my level to very rapidly reach other positions like a Downward dog or a Pigeon pose. I have been surprised on how well prepared I am for practices like Acroyoga, Krav maga or Gymnastics, all of which I have attended and have never felt limited by my flexibility. In other words, the initial adaptation period that is common is now reduced and sometimes even eliminated in flexibility terms, so you can focus on the experience of learning, playing and exploring without the rigors of feeling intrinsically limited.

Will this help me if I have an injury, have postural problems or want to get supple?

From the start I talk about stretching having many purposes, and range of motion acquisition is the focus of this program. I am not saying that doing these stretches won’t help you with other pursuits, and for example I am constantly reminding you about the safety concerns, the proper posture and the mental aspect of stretching, but those just aren’t the major focus here. For injury treatment and prevention, you can see The Dynamic Structure, which focuses on that.

Can I do this program at home?

You can do this program by yourself and at home.

Will anything be shipped to me?

No. This is a digital program and all files (videos and pdfs) will be downloaded to your computer.

What is the necessary equipment?

Some recommended equipment is:

  • Resistance bands
  • A soft mat, grass or floor

At all times I encourage you to improvise with objects most people have like towels, so don’t worry about that! The most important thing equipment-wise is the elastic band, besides that, all you need is the commitment to better yourself.

I want to know more about the method involved.

If you still have more inquires, you can check this pdf (#6. Flexibility ebook) where I explain in more detail the approach of this program. You could also have a look into our video list to check some previews from the course.

What is the benefit of this program over making my own research on the internet?

I am very open source and in fact I’ve share my reading list for anyone to see. If you want to read those books, be my guest, and if you do please come back to me and maybe we’ll do an article together. For the most part, I assure you reading random stuff on the internet will either make you very confuse or take you years to start grasping the key concepts, and I don’t think everybody can (or should) invest that much time in something they are not passionate about. If you come here is because you need organized quality info on Flexibility training, and I’ve done the work for you of understanding this stuff and share it in a way for you to just implement.

Is there support involved?

Yes, the moment you enrole in the program you will have access to a wiki where you’ll have full support regarding programing questions, safety inquires and form checks. The details will be given to you once you place your order.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a refund policy for all of our programs. You can check the details here.

So how much is all this going to cost?

For information for a lifetime-a 20 dollars investment. This price will be there for a limited time, so don’t wait too long!
